tbux is a service which facilitates the transfer of 'Therebucks' between players looking to buy and players looking to sell. tbux is not responsibile for the actions of either party involved in such transactions. tbux reserves the right to discontinue association with buyers or sellers for any reason. All transactions which go through tbux are logged. This information is kept for the protection of all parties involved. All Therebuck transfer transactions are logged by There Inc. All Paypal transactions are officially logged by Paypal. If any dispute arises between buyer and seller, it is their responsibility to obtain these official records. tbux is not affiliated with There Inc. or Paypal.

Delivery times shown on the 'Buy' page are only estimates provided by the sellers. In order to ensure that you receive your Therebucks as quickly as possible, you must join one of the various tbux clubs (as indicated during the 'Buy' process). In the case that you do not receive your Therebucks as estimated, you can contact the seller via the email address listed in your PayPal transaction history.

Request for refunds should be directed to the specific seller the payment was sent to, as refunds can only be processed by the specific seller. If an order is placed and the seller is unable or unwilling to fill it, the payment will be fully refunded.

Payments funded by 'echeck' will delay the delivery of Therebucks until confirmation from PayPal that the 'echeck' has cleared. The clearing process for US checks generally takes 4 business days or longer; international checks can take up to 10 days, but may take longer.

It is our official policy to not sell Therebucks to resellers; all purchases of Therebucks from tbux may not be intended for resale.

tbux sellers reserve the right to not sell to trial members of There (There visitors with a 'Blue Fun Pass').
